AtlasBatch is a data cleansing tool which will verify and amend
large quantities of address data. AtlasBatch will read a database of
existing addresses and cross-match them against the Australia Post's
Postal Address File (PAF) ensuring optimum accuracy of your data.
- Verifies existing address records against PAF.
- Adds missing address elements to ensure address accuracy.
- Can work with partial and badly formatted addresses.
- Ability to append Delivery Point Identifier (DPID) for barcoding.
- Can operate in Clean mode, enabling the user to manually correct unmatched addresses, using a powerful gazetteer system.
- Produces Reports which detail match rates and categorise non-matched records.
- Data cleansing engine is approved by AMAS Australia Post.
- Can handle most Standard Industry Database Formats (ODBC).
- Builds Deduplication keys at Address Level, Individual Level and
Company Level enabling the identification of duplicates within
AtlasDedupe.
- Analyses name information, correctly formatting and titling names.
