Mazda Australia, the national importer and distributor of Mazda vehicles and parts has an extensive network of over 130 dealers around the country, numerous databases, and 600,000 customers. They were looking at ways to consolidate their extensive collection of data into one comprehensive vehicle and customer information system.

"With the bold objectives of increasing the accuracy of our customer address data by 15 per cent and reducing costs by five per cent, we turned to Hopewiser for help."

"Given the cost of our communications programs, particularly at critical points in the customer lifecycle, the cost of updating our database manually, and the wastage associated with dead or return-to-sender mail, ATLAS is expected to help us realise some real savings" says Fiona.

"In addition, we are aiming to maximise our postage savings by increasing our percentage of barcoded mail", says Fiona, "to do this we need to achieve a match rate as close to100 per cent of Australia Post's Postal Address File. ATLAS is already helping us meet this target."
