REPORTING
For Address Lookup, you will be displayed with a summary report for all usage on your home dashboard with the option to see more detailed reports per service. This enables you to clearly see how many days are remaining for your bundles so you are prepared for your renewal. The report breaks down the usage per token, clearly displaying which applications is consuming the most lookups.
When using Address Cleanse you can see how many files you have processed, including the average price and number of records.
OUR HELP CENTRE
The Portal includes a handy help centre which includes written guides and videos for all elements on the Portal.
Using the help guide you can easily and quickly walk through all the features the Portal has to offer to ensure you are getting the best use out of it. It also includes quick links to the Development Documentation and all your download needs.
OUR DATA SECURITY
We have strict policies with regard to the data we manage on behalf of our clients. Address Cleanse has been designed from the foundation to be secure. This means that the architecture of the software written by our developers, has security built into its processes. Hopewiser is unable to open/edit End User data.
We:
- Store all End User files in an encrypted format when not being processed.
- Store the key to access End User files in an encrypted form so as to require a valid login to decrypt the data.
- Delete each End User file 30 days after it is uploaded or created.
- Do not make backups (encrypted or otherwise) of End User data.
